Returns:

White Rock Camping Gear will accept returns and will refund to you the full purchase price of your order provided the product is returned to us prepaid within 14 days. You the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns must be requested by email within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. All merchandise must be returned undamaged, unused and in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals. E-mail your request for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) to info@whiterockcampinggear.com. Include your name, order number & reason. Return shipping instructions will be provided with the RMA number after a return is authorized.

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. Orders cancelled after packages have been shipped will be subject to round trip shipping and handling charges. A return for refund does not come under our warranty conditions below, therefore you the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Warranty:

All warranty claims must be submitted to the Manufacturer.

Shipping Damage:

Upon delivery, if box/packaging is damaged, please be to be sure to open the box and inspect the merchandise. If you discover upon inspection that the merchandise is damaged you should if possible notate damage on shippers copy of the freight bill if driver is present when you receive your item. Contact White Rock Camping Gear within 3 business days with description and pictures of the damage. In the event you would like to cancel the order for a refund it will be considered a return and you the customer will be responsible for returning the item to us as outlined in our returns policy above.
